Differentiated Compensation: Aligning Financial Incentives with Performance.

Registration information - https://www.regonline.com/DMCNovember2009

Responding to increased interest in the differentiated compensation spurred significantly by federal initiatives, this fall’s meeting will build on themes discussed in our recent meeting.  Participants will discuss insights on key program design parameters, such as:  How much pay variability is necessary to drive changes in behavior?  How will funding be structured?  At what level should performance be assessed?  Individual? School? District? Or a combination?  We will also address the latest research and thinking on current approaches:  Who has been successful?  How do we know?  What mistakes can we avoid?

Location:

Westin Copley Place in Boston's Back Bay. The hotel is about 5 miles away by cab from Boston's Logan Airport so a rental car will not be necessary for this meeting.
