Since 2004, The District Management Council's annual Superintendents' Strategy Summits have gathered forward-thinking superintendents from around the country to discuss the most pressing challenges in public school districts. The summit delivers thought-provoking ideas and case studies, fosters rich discussion, and provides the frameworks necessary for superintendents to initiate the right changes for their districts. Whether the topic covers roles and responsibilities, human capital, or strategic planning through a fiscal crisis, our members have found event content to be meaningful and applicable. Only District Members are eligible to attend the summit. Registration fees are covered by the membership dues.
