DMC's Leadership Development Meetings are unique conferences designed to effect sustainable change in school districts. Because District Membership comes with three free registrations to the event, leadership teams are able to attend together and begin brainstorming how they can implement best management practices in their districts during the event. With over a hundred attendees in 2012, these annual, intimate gatherings provide ample opportunities for networking among districts and sharing between leaders. The Leadership Development Meetings provide content that encompasses superior management strategies but focuses on application and implementation, which gives attendees the tools to make the bold, student-focused decisions they want to make in their districts.
DMC focused on resource allocation at the 2012 Leadership Development Meeting and provided a framework for district leaders who need to implement culture changes in their districts to improve student achievement with limited financial resources.
